The first step in the process is consultation after you have booked your appointment with us. We take all the required information and talk about your requirements and budget.
A free site survey is offered by our company once the initial consultation is done. We look at your requirements of refurbishment or extension or designing then we plan according to the requirement as well as the site.
Our next step in this process is designing the project the way you want it to be. We take extra caution while designing because we known how important it is for our customers. Our experts make sure that everything is done according to your liking. We make the design, and you’re your suggestion and work on it till you are satisfied.
A quote is offered to the customer, and then order is finalised when the customer is completely satisfied with the design and quote. Most of the time, we take 40% of the total payment when the order is placed. Then the remaining payment is collected in two instalments of 30% when the project is halfway done and other 30% after the completion and your satisfaction of the project.
Our professional team members will work to your satisfaction. All protective guidelines are followed to reduce loss to your property before the removal and installation of the project.
Our consultants are always in touch with the worker at site and paying off, and on visits to them, so we know that everything is going smoothly and as planned.
Once the project is completed, our designer will look at every detail to know if everything has done according to the standards and your satisfaction.
